Terms of Service

Weather Order is a digital service. Users submit weather requests for a location and date, and receive notifications based on real-world weather conditions at that location.

You may also reserve a request as a gift. Gift orders include a public certificate page at /gift/{id}, intended for the recipient.

When you place a request, you select a preferred weather type and a location. Your payment is for the digital request, its processing, and the notification we send you about actual weather conditions.

Notifications are based on real-world weather conditions. We do not control, influence, or cause weather outcomes. We make no guarantee that the requested conditions will occur at the location or date you selected.

A gift order requires the same information as a standard request, plus a recipient name, a sender display name, and an optional message. The certificate page assembled from these fields is public to anyone with the link; we do not authenticate the recipient.

By submitting a gift, you confirm you have the right to use the recipient’s name in this way and that the message is appropriate for sharing. The price, your payment method, and your email address are never displayed on the recipient page.

The purchaser remains the sole account-holder for the order. Refunds, modifications, and deletion requests are handled with the purchaser, not the recipient.

Payments are processed by Paddle in US dollars. Prices are shown on each page before you confirm a purchase. Because this is a digital service rendered at the time of submission, orders are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, including a working email address and a real location, and to use the service only for its stated purpose.

You may not use any free-form field — including gift recipient names, sender display names, and gift messages — for harassment, impersonation, hateful content, threats, sexually explicit content, spam, or anything illegal. We may remove or refuse to publish content that violates these rules and may suspend or cancel orders, accounts, or access that show signs of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or automated misuse.

We aim to keep the service available, but we may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the “last updated” date above.
