Refund Policy

Overview

Weather Order is a digital service. Once a request has been submitted and paid, we consider the service rendered and orders are generally non-refundable.

When refunds are available

We issue refunds in these cases:

  • Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Accidental submissions. If the order was created in error and you contact us within 24 hours of submission, before the notification is sent.
  • Technical failures. If our system failed to accept or process your request after a successful payment.

Gift purchases

The same rules apply to gift orders, with two clarifications:

  • Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser, on the payment method used at checkout. The recipient cannot request a refund.
  • Once the gift link has been opened by the recipient, the order is considered delivered and is no longer refundable except for a duplicate charge or technical failure.

How to request a refund

Email support@weather-order.com from the address used for the order. Include your 6-character order code (shown on your receipt) and a brief description. We reply within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in your account being suspended.
